Free exploration / Matt Walker / Sumer Singh An exploration of new aesthetics of modular lighting bridging the gap between rhizomatic modular lighting and the space station aesthetic. Using discrete field-driven aggregations, dynamic blocks can be placed in predefined containers in response to different applications and lighting needs. The form of the dynamic blocks are developed in iterations towards an inherent complexity following hard-surface sculpting techniques for fabrication as milled metal components.
